About Melissa

Hello, I'm Melissa, an Accredited Practising Dietitian from South Australia. With a wealth of experience after working across more than thirteen general practice clinics with a wide variety of clients.

As a passionate advocate for plant-based living, I've been following a plant based lifestyle since 2014 and have had two healthy pregnancies during this time.

I’m driven by the transformative health benefits I've experienced firsthand and aspire to share this with others.

Recognising the need for evidence-based nutrition guidance within the vegan and plant-based community, especially during pivotal life stages like pregnancy and childhood, I'm dedicated to filling this gap with trustworthy expertise and support.
