#Option 1

6 Week Plant Based First Foods Program

Gain access to the program portal where you can access program modules, resource booklets to download and refer back to at any time and assigned protocols and tasks to keep you on track.

Weekly check-ins between consultations.

Receive an individualised two week meal plan including recipes which will be updated where needed during follow up consultations.

One 60 minute initial consultation and two 30 minute fortnightly follow up consultations with your plant based pregnancy Dietitian.

Receive individualised advice for any specific concerns and supporting resources. Includes weekly check-ins between follow up appointments.
